Miss Asimwe Jennifer is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Chester Investment Limited. With a strong background in finance and a deep commitment to inclusive economic growth, she provides strategic leadership and oversees the institution’s governance, growth, and operational excellence.
Under her leadership, Chester Investment has strengthened its position as a fully UMRA-licensed Tier 4 Microfinance Institution, disbursing over UGX 2 Billion to more than 1,200 women and entrepreneurs. She champions a model that pairs access to capital with structured financial literacy training — ensuring clients build sustainable and resilient businesses.
Neima heads the Mukono branch with a strong focus on operational discipline, client relationship management, and portfolio quality. With over five years of hands-on experience in microfinance field operations, she leads loan officers in conducting thorough client assessments, monitoring group performance, and strengthening repayment culture. She is deeply committed to empowering women entrepreneurs in Mukono through structured financial education and consistent follow-up support. Under her leadership, the branch continues to grow sustainably while maintaining strong community trust and high client retention.
Milly leads the Kireka branch with a results-driven and client-centered approach. With a background in community banking and small business development, she oversees branch operations, portfolio expansion, and group sustainability programs. She works closely with loan teams to ensure responsible lending practices and continuous client engagement. Passionate about financial literacy, Milly actively supports group training sessions and mentorship initiatives that help clients strengthen their businesses beyond access to credit. Her leadership has contributed to steady portfolio growth and improved repayment performance within the Kireka branch.
Sharon leads the Njeru branch with a strong focus on client growth, group stability, and portfolio quality. With hands-on experience in microfinance and community-based lending, she ensures every client undergoes proper assessment, financial education, and continuous follow-up support. She is passionate about strengthening repayment culture and building long-term client relationships within the Njeru community. Under her leadership, the branch continues to expand responsibly while maintaining strong discipline and trust among its client groups.
Fatuma oversees operations across all Chester Investment branches, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to institutional standards. She is responsible for operational systems, internal controls, branch coordination, and service delivery excellence. With a strong execution mindset and attention to detail, she champions the “first-time-right” principle across the organization. Her leadership strengthens compliance, improves process efficiency, and supports sustainable growth across all branches.
